After we met in person we knew he was the right fit for us. He was careful, trusting and very good at what he does. I liked that after discussing the project he made a plan for each day of the job phase and stuck to it. No surprises or screw ups. Mike even made arrangements to pick up our tile order in Nashua. He cleaned up each day so we didn’t have to step over his equipment and mess. Our bathroom floor was a small job that he fit in and attended to just as he would some big expensive high end mansion. Michael, Local Tile, comes highly recommended. He is exactly what you’d expect with a company name called Local Tile. His knowledge and work ethic is what you expect in a local handy man that you always find yourself looking for. He knows exactly what his is talking about and stands by his product/services. We had some concerns about installing tile in our four season room and how it would react to the temperature changes. He sat down with my wife and I and explained everything that he’d be doing and the products that he was using to eliminate any of the concerns we had. He told us how long it would take to install the tile and the overall time frame of the project. He was spot on with his time frame. We bought a house that needed some updating. The bathrooms were very old - straight out of the 60’s. Mike was awesome. He met with us even before we made an offer and offered suggestions. Mike is great! He came in and fixed a horrible tile job that another contractor had done. The previous tile work in the shower was not aesthetically pleasing and would have caused extensive damage to our house because nothing was waterproofed appropriately. The drain didn't even drain because the opening was the highest point in the shower floor! Mike was able to come in to demo the previous tile work and complete our custom shower quicker and cheaper than the previous people. He also did the heated floor in our bathroom. Mike involved us in each step of the project and displayed to us how everything was up to industry standards. We could not be happier with the results of our bathroom!
